Kate served on the GRG Board as a trustee for 14 years and resigned in April 2015 to take on the communications and business development role for GRG which she held until December 2016 before being appointed Chief Executive from January 2017.

Kate is responsible for the organizational leadership of GRG aligned with GRG’s vision and strategic plan including sector leadership, advocacy, communications, business development and fundraising.  Since 2000, Kate has also been responsible for GRG's submissions on law and policy and the development and production of GRG’s national member summits.
