After 16+ years' experience coaching and mentoring through corporate leadership roles, Tatum now focuses on helping individuals and teams create an intentional, authentic, and wholehearted approach to life through her leadership coaching business. With a focus on leadership and emotional intelligence skills, Tatum helps people learn to respond to complex personal and professional situations with clarity and purpose.
A member of the Institute of Directors, a certified Transformational Coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF); Tatum is also a RocheMartin Emotional Capital Report certified practitioner and a DiSC certified facilitator. Tatum also sits on the advisory board of a young Auckland-based beauty company and volunteers coaching hours with Springboard Trust for leaders in the primary education sector.
