Rebecca Barson, National Manager Care, Child Youth and Family presented on the key changes to the Children Young Persons and Their Families Act 1989 as a result of the Vulnerable Children Act 2004 and new Ministry for Vulnerable Children/Oranga Tamariki and framework for protection of vulnerable children by the state.
